It offers its services in the authorized areas at Musandam Governorate, Al Wusta Governorate, most of Dhofar Governorate, and parts of Al Dakhiliah, Al Dhahirah, & Sharqiah South Governorates, they also operate the desalination plant in Al Duqm.
