His Majesty wishes Oman on Eid Al-Fitr

The Diwan of the Royal Court has issued a statement from His Majesty, the Sultan, to congratulate the Omani people and residents of the Islamic nation on the occasion of the blessed Eid Al-Fitr.

A statement issued online by Oman TV said:

“His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, in a statement issued by the Diwan of the Royal Court, congratulates the Omani people and residents of the Islamic nation on the occasion of the blessed Eid Al-Fitr 1441 AH.”

His Majesty expressed his appreciation for all the efforts made and the measures taken to confront the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak and to reduce its effects on the health, society and economy of Oman. He also appreciated that everyone has shown good performance and full cooperation with the competent authorities.

His Majesty called on the sons of the Omani nation and those residing on its land to continue their solidarity and cooperation in dealing with this pandemic and to abide fully by the instructions and advice issued by the authorities.

“His Majesty confirmed the rational government’s keenness in all sectors to guarantee everything that would provide a decent life for all who live in the land of Oman.”
